Tax Letters for 2020

Because of the reforms to the federal tax system over the last several years, specifically to the “standard deduction”, most people no longer need a formal letter from the parish that reports their total donations for the year. For this year, single people will only benefit from a letter from the parish if their total charitable donations exceeded $12,400, and couples filing together who donated more than $24,800. Still, if you need a tax letter, call the office during the week.
