Father’s Day is June 16. For June 16, there are three separate envelopes in the box… one says “Father’s Day Mass Remembrance” and can be brought in anytime over the next couple weeks. The envelopes will be on the altar for the rest of June, and 9 Masses will be offered for those names.

El Día de los Padres es el 16 de junio. Para aquel día, hay 3 sobres diferentes en la caja de sobres: el que dice “Recuerdo masivo en el Día del Padre” se puede dejar en cualquier momento en estos días. Los sobres se quedarán sobre el altar para el resto de junio, y se ofrecerán 9 misas para estos nombres.

Hay un sobre especial en la caja de sobres para el Día de la Madre: escribe claramente el nombre de su mamá antes de dejarlo en la canasta o en la oficina. Los sobres recibidos serán colocados en el altar durante las misas de mayo.

Tenemos un nuevo ministerio de limpieza de la iglesia: son parroquianos que aman a su iglesia. ¡No tenemos empleados para limpiar la iglesia! Por favor ayúdenles todos los domingos tirando la basura y dejando la iglesia limpia y digna para todos.

We have a new parish cleaning ministry made up of parishioners who love their church. We don’t have employees to clean our church! So please help them out every Sunday by throwing away any garbage and leaving the church as clean as possible.

There is a special envelope in the box of envelopes for Mother’s Day: write the name of your mother clearly on the envelope when you leave it in the basket or drop it off at the office; the envelopes received will be placed on the altar for the rest of May to be remembered at all the Masses.
