This year, Father Joseph will complete his 6-year term as Pastor of St. Anthony's. In keeping with Archdiocesan policy, the normal evaluation of the parish has begun. Parishioners and staff who wish to do so may write letters with their own comments about our parish and the pastoral leadership of the parish. Please address your letters to: The Office of Priest Personnel / Archdiocese of New York / 1011 First Avenue / New York, New York 10022. Letters should be received no later than February 28, 2021. Any correspondence received after the deadline will NOT be included in the evaluation process.

Con las revisiones al “standard deduction” del sistema federal de impuestos de los últimos años, a casi todas las familias ya no sirve una carta de la parroquia informando de la suma total de sus donativos durante el año. Para este año, sólo les será útil a personas que hayan donado más de $12,400 o matrimonios que hayan donado más de $24,800 en total durante el año. Because of the reforms to the federal tax system over the last several years, specifically to the “standard deduction”, most people no longer need a formal letter from the parish that reports their total donations for the year. For this year, single people will only benefit from a letter from the parish if their total charitable donations exceeded $12,400, and couples filing together who donated more than $24,800. Still, if you need a tax letter, call the office during the week.

The Archdiocese of New York takes stewardship of your donations seriously. If you have knowledge of or reason to suspect misconduct, please report your concerns via a toll-free hotline at 877-820-0541 or on the internet at http://www.reportlineweb.com/ADNY. Both are available 24 hours per day.

To report an alleged incident of sexual abuse of a minor by a priest, deacon, religious or lay person serving in the Archdiocese of New York may contact the victims assistance coordinator, Mrs. Eileen Mulcahy, at 646-794-2949 or [email protected]. In keeping with archdiocesan policy regarding sexual abuse of minors, this is provided to ensure that our children remain safe and secure.
